How close are you to Burn out?
Stress can actually be beneficial in some respects. It's stress reactions that keep you safe from danger, triggering the "Fight or Flight" response in humans, however stress can reach dangerous levels when ignored. Take this simple 15 question test to evaluate your stress levels and then have a look at the score key for some tips on what to do when your stress begins to approach the "burnout" stage.
