I heard on the news this morning that truckers were planning on jamming the streets in London to protest high fuel prices. Just wondering if it affected anyone on this site, and what you think of this method of protest? Did it get the point across?

A few weeks ago, US truckers staged a protest in Washington. As far as I know, nothing was accomplished by it.
