I had a phone interview today and I totally blanked on the "what is your weakness" question. I couldn't think of anything to say! Eventually I said I would love to improve my writing skills..... eh! Bridget --- Bridget Wife to Eduardo (12/4/99), Mommy to Aaron (10/26/01)

You can always turn weaknesses into positives eg., -
1) I am very particular about how I present my work and expect the same of others. Or 2) I am a tidy person which means sometimes I file things away when my boss actually needed it.

Gee
I did the same. I hate filing so I always mention that as my weakness. However I turn it round by saying that I've created an interim filing system so that I could always find things!!!

One of my co-workers just wrote me a reference for a volunteer position; it was a fill-in-the-blank type form and under "weaknesses" he wrote "falls for cute pets easily".
