I read in yesterday's Wall Street Journal that AOL refused to post information in its gay chatrooms warning users that over the last two years there had been a high incidence of gays contracting syphillis from partners they'd obtained through the AOL chatrooms. Do you think this is right or wrong, and WHY? Did you read about it; do you know anything more about it than I read? Issues of how information is managed intrigue me. Here we see the potential for many ethical issues and business dilemmas. What do you think?
