Are you 100% ergonomically correct? Think about your work station, feet on the ground, keyboard and wrists in the position, posture....
If you could fix/change/do one thing better. What would it be.
Then... I ask.. take an action and make that one thing better or ergonomically correct!

Nope, I sure am not... and one of these days I need to do something about it. I'm getting closer though!

I do not keep my mouse in a good spot. It slowly moves way to my right. I really should put it where it needs to be more often.
At home (like right now) I am TOTALLY bad, my feet don't touch the ground, I could use a better chair, the keyboard can be adjusted to a better height. Here my mouse is fine, and my monitor is in a good spot. I tend to sit cross legged like a yoga style because my feet don't touch (desk is too high).

I'm all about being comfortable! My mom was a posture nazi, so comfort for me is straight up back support. We upgraded chairs a while back and they can be adjusted many different ways. I probably lean forward a bit too much, but feet are on the ground, legs usually crossed at ankles, dual monitors in place, keyboard at correct height, and I have gel wrist rests for keyboard and mouse. My mouse pad looks like a mini Persian carpet with fringe. My monitor is on a stand that has height adjustment as well. I have a foot rest under my desk. If I were to make a change I would probably adjust computer setting for a little bifocal ease.

I read this thread yesterday and decide before I post I make my changes. I am bad, I need everything changed, I cross my feet, my mouse/desk is probably too high, the monitor too low. At least today I adjusted my chair so the keyboard and mouse, and put some books to raise monitor. Maybe it will make a difference. I do notice a tired neck many days.
