I was just typing a letter and was just thinking that it still feels a bit strange having to set letters out in an 'old fashioned' way in my new job, eg indented paragraphs, recipients address bottom left hand corner etc.

Do any of you still set out letters like this?

Lots of the good old fashion ways are involved in my job, even official RSVPs to invitations, thank you letters etc.

One of my attorneys does the tabs, center indent, etc. the other does left block.  I think I prefer left block just because it is easier, but I have templates set up for the other and just fill in address and body.

For professional writing, we do the left block type... but for personal letters I prefer the old-fashioned look of indents, spacing, etc.
