If you get to Lucerne check out the Spreuerbrucke bridge. There are tons of amazing places to see, but I don't know, that pathway was just extra special. I stood there and though what it would have been like to cross this bridge when it was first made. 1408!. Surreal. Let me see if I can find a link to it..

This bridge, which was constructed in 1408, features a series of medieval-style 17th Century plague paintings by Kaspar Meglinger titled Dance of Death. It has a small chapel in the middle that was added in 1568.
