I've accepted a new position as executive assistant/human resources for a brand new office.  I will be supporting three positions: director, chief medical officer, and project manager.  It has been several years since I have directly supported anyone, I've been in more office management and human resources roles lately.  What are your suggestions for brushing up on the basics of admin support?

Congratulations Laura Cheesy

When I returned to work it felt strange as I hadn't supported anyone for nearly 7 years, but you soon get into the flow.  There's a post on DD somewhere when I had a crisis of confidence, and was reassured that with time it would be okay.  And it is Cheesy
