Do you have a radio at your desk, stream music/radio stations, have "office music" or is it quiet? Which would you prefer.
If you do have "office music" how do you decide what to listen to? Is it the same or do you change it up.

I prefer the quiet and don't have any music. If I did, I would just end up tuning it out mentally anyway.

My Sr. Director and I agree on study music in our office. There are days in high stress days where we agree to turn it off.
