I just found this cool site - I could waste a lotof time browsing through it... http://online.onetcenter.org/

I saw an article that alluded to this place doing tests to prospective employees which were not strictly skill-set related (i.e., common knowledge, common sense), which made me think of the previous conversation here, but I couldn't find that specifically.  If anyone does come across it, please let me know.
