This is something I just simply need to discipline myself better to do...  I constantly find myself sitting only half on my chair (as opposed to pushing myself into the back of the chair), giving my back no support, and slouching so badly that some folks walk into my office and ask if I'm OK.

Any ideas to improve myself on this?  Myabe just putting it into writing here and "talking" it out with y'all will be enough of a help...

Thanks!

Do you have a proper, adjustable chair?  That's the first thing.  I  use an adjustable footrest which also helps.

I also find myself doing that sit on the end of the seat trick.  WHY do we do this?Huh

I'd love to find a way to break this habit.  Besides the poor posture it could lead to tipping over the chair.
