I am planning a teambuilding event and would love some second opinions. If you had your personal preference, would you want a company lead activity, a location type event such as rafting, cooking, a gaming place, or a "team building company" hosted activity?
What have you enjoyed the most?

My favorite team building event was a scavenger hunt around the city. Someone in our company made it up and made it very relevant to what we do.
