I would say it's a 60/40 split for me with 60% being reactive as the work we do depends on external forces. I can plan for what we think is the majority of work but then situations change and we end up chasing our tails - or sometimes doing a complete U-turn. At least I can say I've never had a boring day at work in the last 10 years  .
