Ok so you have put something in writing now.

What it the timeframe for the move?
Is your employer expecting everyone to relocate?
Have they had consultations with the workforce?

If you don't get a response within 5 working days, follow this up and at the same time, request a f2f to discuss the matter, with a view to ascertaining your options.

Repeat the process until you get a resolution.
