Oh dear, sounds like she wants to be you!
Not sure what age she is and while that isn't really the issue, this is all common sense in my book.
I mean I am the complete opposite, hate to interrupt anyone, and always apologising for it if I do.
Have a chat with her if you think it would make a difference. Alternatively a one liner should do the trick eg. listen if you need to see me about something and I'm not at my desk just leave a post-it on my pc or drop me an email. You don't need to come looking for me. I tend to be on the move during the day depending on my workload... etc.
If that doesn't work just be blunt and tell her you are busy.
