I get laughed at all the time for refusing to get rid of my old IBM Selectric II - remember those?  Unfortunately I can remember when they were the greatest things we knew.  



The repairman advised me two years ago, that if it broke again, I should give it a decent burial because he was retiring and he was probably the only one left in Atlanta who knew how to repair them!
