Answering phones: 5
Planning Meetings: 8
Co Workers: 10
Special Projects: 3 (usually 'special' in the sense of nobody else willing to do it cos basically donkey work!)
Filing: 1
Your computer: 10 (I love my machine!)
Putting out daily fires: 9
Maintaining Schedules: 8
