Thanks for all of your responses.  We haven't drafted a policy yet, but all these responses gives me alot of stuff to consider when we do.... (sigh......)

Michelle - it's good to hear from another "construction worker".  I may have to pick your brain again sometime.  

But as for today......Bossie's away...... time for the admins to play!!!!
