Tiffany - my sympathies to you. I agree with everyone else - much better out of there and yeah, they are cutting their noses off. Awful reasons to not get a position - esp. as what they're saying about you is complimentary.
I had the same thing last year - company looking for an efficient and proactive PA and I didn't get the job because the MD thought I was too proactive and showed too much initiative, and they wanted someone they could mould and direct at will. Hmm.
I think you're better off out of there and should even look at another company where your skills would be much more appreciated, organised and good at computers as you are!
