Alright, I got a bit of clarification, which makes it even worse! The hiring manager said that she was afraid that because everyone else over there is so disorganized, it would drive me crazy and I would quit. (Obviously, she's never seen the desks some of my past bosses kept, LOL!).
As for the computer skills, I've even taught a class for the adjusters before because they are just starting to use Microsoft Office, so I don't know what's up with that!
