It's a group gift so one email would suffice.  Or address a thank you card to the most senior person and have them pass it on - we have done that in work eg.  we bought a wedding gift for a colleague and she sent a thank you card to our boss thanking everyone - then we pinned it to our noticeboard so everyone could read it.
