In the past I have handled it a couple of ways ... not sure what is correct.  In one case, I wrote the thank you note to the Office (as that is how the gift was given) and it was routed through everyone individually.

On another case I simply wrote an e-mail to the individuals.. .either as a group or individually, thanking them for the gift.

Not sure what is correct etiquette, but I felt comfortable with doing it these ways.
