I attended a Skillpath training course on Managing Multiple Projects, Objectives and Deadlines in February.  Most of my work involves juggling a variety of company projects, all with overlapping deadlines, so this was pretty useful.  It also covered things like time and stress management, dealing with difficult people, and building effective workplace relationships.

I initiated it and my boss was very supportive.
