Yes it is a UK publication and I would suspect that most of the articles and certainly the advertising in the magazine are purely aimed at the UK audience, and so wouldn't be of much use.

I am surprised though, that they haven't contacted you to suggest that OS is perhaps not for you as you're in the States...!!!

As for a link to the article, will ask Andrea for her wisdom on this one...
