Good point, spitfire.  Since you have a good relationship with your boss, you could probably give him a gentle reminder before AP week, though, eh?  I do that--just as at home I point out Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and any other holidays that could slip the mind of my well-meaning, but busy spouse.  If it truly doesn't matter to you, then I wouldn't bother, but it's a thought.
