Definitely ask Bossie why she's asking these questions. You never know, she might be under the microscope and is doing this to others, not just you, as a way of answering the folks over her. And she might be asking you where you are even though she just ran the query in a way of making sure that the information is accurate from the query, or maybe someone else has set up the query and is running it and she actually isn't the one doing it. You said she didn't used to be like this, and with your high rating it can hardly be that she doubts your work ethics. It really sounds more like someone else is making her answer to them and not so much a negative against you. Are there others she supervises that she may be doing the same thing to without you knowing, thus you taking this more personally than she is meaning it to be? Communication is the key here, so if at all possible, ask her your questions in a cool, professional manner. It'll make it easier to make an informed decision on what to do from there then.
