A role model should adhere to, and support corporate culture and policies and procedures at all times.

A role model should be willing to listen to concerns and to address where possible said concerns.

A role model for Administrative support staff should be  supportive of the job overall, and most importantly of those who are under his/her direct supervison.

A role model gives appropriate feedback without being demeaning or condescending.

A role model is aware of thier place as a role model and behaves appropriately within the workplace.

A role model for support staff should give constructive criticism when needed and praise without having to be prompted to do so.

A role model takes time to listen always and goes the "extra mile" when problem solving or interacting with both internal AND external customers .

Just a few that came to mind
