I have to agree with Kittie, as an Office Administrator, I am very upset both with the show and with the mentality behind it that would allow someone so obviously unprepared to speak to the press in this manner.

I can not however, believe that Mr. Timson meant this the way it came out.  It simply doesn't make sense that he would attack the very group that they are dependant on to make Creme a success.
