I work in the airline industry, so our major benefit is of course the flying priviledges. But we do have many other benefits including a great health/dental plan (very very reasonable for families), vision and daycare reimbursement accounts, tuition reimbursement. Our company has also set up a website to list discounts that are available including attraction and concert tickets, cellphone service, drycleaning. You name it, we get a discount on it. We also get other travel discounts like hotels and car rentals. There are also other perks like adoption reimbursements, another website to help us find help or whatever we need, buddy passes for our friends. I'm finding new things all the time!
And now that they have made great strides in the administrative pay area, this truly is a great place to work.
