Thanks for the information. The Notes version I have still requires replicaion. I have access to my bosses e-mail and calendar. If he is away in meetings and using his blackberry, I can't see his current mail messages unless he comes back and replicates or the system updates every 45 min. or so. it is cumbersome. Also, there is no way to transfer ownership of scheduled meetings to another person in notes, unless the owner (originator) cancels the meetings and the new owner reschedules them. With the changes in companies now a days, it would be helpful to be able to just transfer control to another person instead of going through this process when somone leaves.
