Hope I'm posting this in the right place.  Need a quick opinion, I am drafting a legal document.

One of the companies involved has initial ending in S, at one point the document refers to items belonging to this company, is this right?:

BXYZS's property
or
BXYZS' property

What do you think?

I was always taught that

BXYZS' property

is correct.
