I don't know about muggy/damp/wet but today at lunchtime you could have been sunning yourself, and just this minute we have had a thundery downpour.

Makes it difficult to know what to wear to work every day.  Yesterday and today I went for jeans as boss is still off and because I got soaked on Tuesday and had to sit in wet trousers for part of the afternoon.
