Peaches, this person would have not got any further in my company than the front entrance and would have been shown the door immediately.
Staff are not allowed to turn up drunk or drink on the premises so I find it really strange this person was even allowed to have an interview.
Hooray for the "blue ensemble" - she obviously passed the entrance criteria or she wouldn't have been shortlisted for interview!!!

I've been wracking my brain but can't come up with anything as interesting or funny as some of these posts!
The closest I could come was a client who used to show up specifically to speak to one of the bosses. She definitely had a "thing" for him - she would show up with very short skirts and plunging necklines. Boss was a deeply religious, very committed family man who would never look twice at a woman other than his wife. He was completely clueless while she flirted outrageously with him. When my co-worker and I finally started teasing him about her, he was shocked and said "no way!". Of course, it was so obvious we were right; he never did believe it. It's amazing how totally oblivious some men can be. It was always very amusing to us when she turned up - we enjoyed the show, even if he never did figure it out!

At my last job, one of our customers was a father/son-owned business. Two nicer gentlemen you would never meet and they both looked old enough to be retired. They always came in together and it was difficult to figure out who was the father and who was the son. (My boss did tell me they were only about 18 years apart in age.) Both men were tall and thin, but the son had a full head of gray hair and his father had a full head of black hair (obviously dyed). That always amused me when I saw them.
