Well, nothing yet.  Have put in for some other positions as well.  I'm looking for a step up in salary and title.  I don't see any point in making a lateral move in the organization at this time.  It's been a bad six months, but I'm starting to see a little light on the horizon.  Funny how that works, isn't it?
