How do you handle someone who thinks they are right? It can be a boss who hasn't listened to you, the co-worker or package delivery person! How do you handle situations where you forced to deal with the know it all?

Bite my tongue and make darn sure I have documentation for backup. I've said before that 40-60% of my workload is CYA-related.

Its exhausting having to waste time CYAing, but I now find myself in this position, and learning to keep my lips sealed and do my job. Have recently moved offices and the know it all sits on the other side of a cubicle wall from me now, listening to every word I say.
