Arrgggg, travel

There are few things that annoy me as much as travel management.
We had similar problems in the past. Actually quite often. Enough so that a policy was implemented. If the traveler misses their flight (their fault, such as showing up late, etc.) or is a no-show, they are charged the full cost of the flight. Its only happened a couple of times, but I think it was enough to scare everyone straight
