What are your thoughts on your company's workload vs employees? Have you seen or been part of downsizing where staff has been made redundant/laid off and those remaining pick up the workload? Do you feel you do more work (not a normal learning curve/responsibility) then the job you were hired for? Share your views.

With ever changing climates, roles and workloads are always subject to some kind of transformation.
I'm not about to complain...there's been too many tantrums in the past couple of weeks. I'm just glad to have a job after all I have gone through in the past 3 years.

Our staff has actually increased in our department, so I'm much busier than I was this time last year. More people to coordinate meetings for, more expense reports, more travel to arrange. There are plans to hire another 2 admins over the next 18 months to help spread things out which should help, but for now it's quite busy for the three of us that are here.
