The company I work for has just ordered a two-way satellite system for internet access. Its a relatively new thing and appears to be our best option since ISDN/LAN is to expensive from our area and we are in an area that may not have DSL for a few more years. We have been without access since the first of June when we did a server upgrade. The first company we ordered from has been giving us the "backorder" line for months, so we found another who has already shown themselves to be 50x better. I've gotten two order updates since I placed the order Friday and numbers to call if to schedule installation if we do not received the promised call from the installer by this Friday.
Do any of you work for companies that are using this yet? If so, how do you like it? Any problems or complaints so far?
