Everyone here wishes you the best this day and hope you get the recognition you deserve every day of the year. So for today's sound off can you say one good thing about being an administrative professional?

I found out yesterday I am appreciated, and it really made me feel good. Boss is traveling today, so he recognized me yesterday by bringing in cake, (it is my birthday today too so they got hit with a double whammy this year:), cards and even gave me a gift card. The one good thing I can say about my role is it varies from one day to the next and never a dull moment. I work for a "mover and shaker" and keeping 2-steps ahead keeps me on my toes and I welcome the challenge. I am blessed to be in a job I love, working with people I truly enjoy working with. Happy Administrative Professionals Day to all of my DD colleagues!

Recognition is good anytime, but means a bit more today. We're not going out til Monday as everything is packed this week. Good idea, taking the group out is a great way to spend time with each other and just appreciate the company, and they really do appreciate our efforts...
