In this last week, I've learned that when fielding resumes (for an IT position) via monster.com (my e-mail seemed to have been volunteered for this...grr), it is those that answer first that get more complete attention.  I've gotten 200 the first six hours, 200 the next day, and 150 the third day.  It's impossible, I think, for anyone responding on the 4th day to even get a standard response.  

Be on your toes, if you use an internet service.
