I bet he lasts less than a week as a woman.  



First day out, Ms. Bin Laden leaves the house unaccompanies by a male relative and is beaten severely.  A day or two later, s/he dies of her/his wounds since Ms. Bin Laden can't be treated by a male doctor and there are no female doctors left.  



POETIC JUSTICE. (and I'm not normally a vengeful person but these are special circumstances).
