I'm just expressing my opinion that's all.  No condensation meant.  Everyone is different and does things different and that's fine.  All I told you is what I've done and what my impression was with what I read. Again, I wish you well as I had said.  You really are the only one who can make the decision.  What's wrong with saying that?  I'm sorry if it was taken negatively - it was not meant that way in the least!  By the way, my current position as manager is for a company which I had only six weeks in as a "temp" last year as an administrative assistant and they called me a year later and took me at a much higher level (I didn't jump into making the decision as I had already been at this company).  Don't take my comments personally please.  My opinion is based on the information I was given in the post.  Your opening question was "Should I take this position?" and you can read the rest. Now you say that you are "certain" about the position.  That's great!   That's all that matters.  Truce?  Now, let's concentrate on the matter at hand - the security and future of this country!  The Pentagon, Camp David and the Word Trade Center!  Oh my God!
