I see a minefield here and potentially an abuse of people's rights.
Is bossie the head of the company? Are "personality profiles" routinely used in your company for everybody equally and is this use detailed in employment contracts/employment policies? Are the profiles just going to be applied to a selected few people who appear to have "problems". If that is the case, then are they going to be coerced into taking the profile tests? Who is going to conduct the profile tests? What happens to the results? Is it possible that the results may be used to dismiss these employees?
You should suggest checking these issues out with your company's HR people and, possibly, lawyers.
Sorry to stir the pot here, but I know what my reaction would be if my boss asked me to do something similar.
