I recently attended a seminar entitled Management Skills for the Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant. I have to tell you that I learned absolutely nothing that was practical. It was entirely a motivational seminar with the presenter's point of view on every topic from how to dress for success to how to feel better about yourself. It was two days of wasted time and energy.
However, I went to the Indispensible Assistant about 7 years ago and it was extremely beneficial. I learned a lot of helpful tips and tricks to stay organized, manage multiple tasks and juggle several bosses. Very useful even to this day.
With Skill Path, I think the presenters are given a lot of freedom to present however they want. You should call and get more information about the presenter and their background. Find out if they are required to present strictly from the guidebook.
Hope this helps!
