My mentor has set me a challenge!  Basically we were discussing team builidng and general development and she has set me a task of identifying some key resources online and offline to help when developing or building a team.

Now I've become a bit of a loner in my job as it's just me and my boss and he is only in the office half to one day a week, hence the focus.

I've a few good books in my loft that I've acquired over the years and I am an avid reader of the Mind Tools website, our very own Deskdemon and a couple other professional PA/EA sites.

Does anyone else have any other good web resources of a similar vein that they would be willing to share?

Hi there Itsme_ calista

I haven't been on here for a long while but I just had to mention a website that I look
at regularly - it is called  and they have lots of team building exercises
and other templates on personality analysis and other really useful information.

Check them out

Dear All

Please be very clear about DeskDemon's TOCs to which you have all signed up to before you reply to this as you may be contravening advertising rules.  If any site mentioned can be found using the phrasing by members easily on a Google search, it will be edited and removed.

Anybody who is unsure about the TOCs can find them at the foot of DeskDemon's home page.

Anyone who blatantly advertises in a first post after registering will have their posts edited.
