Happy I have no problem in providing the info subject to the paperwork I have. It's the fact they demand it, without notice, 4 months after I started in this role.
The same agency placed me in my last role, so surely they have the info I provided back then. It's not as if they don't know me or haven't met me before.
They have had my CV since June 2006 and are quite aware of my qualifications.
As I said above, I fail to see what relevance Geography O level has on this role or my working life of the past 20 years.
A little bit of communication goes a long way eg....
Gee at certain intervals this is what we will require from you during your 6 months as a temp. We will be in touch giving you ample notice to provide this information.
I just feel they are unprofessional in their approach. They think I can put my hands to everything they require, in a second.
