Well Jess as someone said, what relevance is your Geography O level result, why not just provide secretarial qualifications relating to the role?

Anyway I have found out in the past that records at some institutions are only kept for a few years but I was able to obtain the certificates I required.

The agency will just have to wait a day or two for them and not be so demanding.

Incompetent is only one word that springs to mind....
