I was going to suggest the same thing GE did. Keep a log of what you do and how much time you spend on it each day. This can serve you a dual purpose: 1) will show whoever can't mind their own business and tend to their own work that you are doing your job; and 2) when review time comes around, you have a record of what you accomplished and can use it as leverage for a better raise.
Other than that, just keep doing your job the best you can and don't let these other folks bother you. Apparently, they need more work to do if they have so much time to keep track of what you are doing.

Well, it's nice to know who your enemies are anyway.
Me, I tend to respond badly to little jabs. "Give the People What They Want!" is my motto (but only if you can do it with a straight face....).
One time some new admin wanted a special order office item (six week delivery) which she absolutely could not live without yesterday - a situation she made clear in her DAILY e-mails, which she CC'd to her boss, my boss, the bosses boss, all the way up the food chain.
After about two weeks of her daily reminders, and after having explained all the way up the food chain that the only way I could get said item before the normal delivery day was to FLY DOWN to the factory to get them, (tickets please!) I started placing a NEW order for the SAME item each time she "reminded" me how important it was (sent her the new order number each time - would have thought she'd catch on, but she didn't). Long story short, she will NEVER run out of her special item if she works here a hundred years.
In your situation, I might be tempted to "check in" with this individual every time I left my desk (with the most wide-eyed, innocent expression I could muster). That's what she wants, isn't it?
