Some of you may have noticed some changes on The Admin Authority, and may see a few more Spams than normal on the boards. TAA has been the victim of hackers, though it was only a slight breach. Andrea, as the Site Administrator, along with the Board of Editors and Moderators, is doing everything possible to ensure that this does not happen again and to control the Spam.
One of the new security steps is a new registration policy, which will only affect those folks who have not registered with TAA as of this morning. Any new posters will go through the normal EZBoard registration but then it will go to a holding site for approval prior to that user being able to post. Approval can take up to 48 hours. We, the TAA Staff, apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To minimize this inconvenience we would like to suggest that if you have not yet registered that you do so at your earliest convenience thereby ensuring that if you have an opinion or a problem you would like to post in TAA, you are able to do so without this delay.
If you have any questions or specific concerns regarding this new policy please feel free to contact me at CountriGal@administrative-assistants.com.
