Some of those extra benefits folks are talking about sound great.  Our company offers medical/dental/vision care at very nominal monthly charge.  Also a 2 part 401K - one part company contributes 50 cents on every dollar and buys company stock with their portion the other part is pre-tax.  Tuition reimbursement and on site health center at the company headquarters or if you work outside that area you can join another facility and they will reimburse you for that up to a certain amount, employee assistant program.  3 weeks vacation when you start work then after 10 years 4 weeks.  The week off between Christmas and New Year's.  Pension upon retirement and health benefits are included at nominal monthly charge it all depends how many years you work for the company.  Plus I get to work with a great bunch of people.  I've been here 10 years and really like it.
